“Very clean”

“Hotel was beautiful, clean, and the white sand beach was absolutely gorgeous. Staff very attentive and friendly. The daily breakfast was AMAZING. However, it took them a long time to forward extra blankets, and replace TV remote. This was due to short staff. Overall, I will definitely return to this property, EXCELLENT OVER ALL.”

“Our third time here, so it's a winner in our book. Travel tip: you have to request washcloths now (wth). Housekeeping took eight hours to send up the wash clothes, so I couldn't take a shower right away like I wanted. Guests should be offered the cloths at check-in. There was hair all on the doors and walls opposite the mirror in the bathroom. I guess from the previous guests blow drying their hair. That was definitely icky to see. Everything else was lovely. They improved the Pelican restaurant……

“This location was perfect it was away from all the tourist chaos. Beach access to bight reef with, paddle boarding, snorkeling gear, and kayaks. Hotel staff were super kind and helpful. Our hotel room was newly upgraded and have everything we needed including washer and dryer.”

“Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!”

“This hotel was absolutely breath-taking. As soon as we checked in, my girlfriend and I loved our room and the amazing pool and ocean view that came with it. The pool was only a few steps away from our front patio, which was really convenient. After visiting Grace Bay beach (about a 10 min drive away), we realized that we loved how more subdued our hotel was compared to the resorts from the Grace Bay area. “Let me first say that this is a moderate resort. Not a five star hotel or a crappy motel, somewhere in between. That being said I found the resort to be acceptable and fill basic needs. The rooms were small but clean. Hot water was not always available. Getting fresh towels and room cleaning done was a bit of a challenge. Continental breakfast was pretty much the same every day. Parts of the resort were a little dated and needed repair. However if you are looking for an affordable place……

“The room and also the hotel premises were super clean and pristine! I absolutely love, love that! We had breakfast at the Daily Market everyday, more than enough food and so good. Ate a few days for lunch and it was good. If you’re looking for a resort that provides superb customer service and attention to detail, this is it! There’s a short walk to the beach where you can get chairs and umbrellas for a small daily fee. Less crowded beach area and very calm and clear water. We can’t wait to……
